@Shop
I am a freelance content producer for @shop: an internally-run Instagram account that markets Instagram's innovative shopping technology and e-commerce community through daily editorial features about unique retailers. As a content producer, I interview CEOs of companies such as Staud, Modern Citizen, and Tanya Taylor -- writing copy for Feed and Stories that highlights the magic of each brand. Public Relations
In alignment with Instagram's #ShareBlackStories programming, I concepted, pitched, and executed a partnership with Refinery29 to create a special episode of their "Go Off, Sis" IGTV series focused on the lives of black female influencers on Instagram. This video drove 93K views and our #ShareBlackStories programming drove a 483% increase in IGTV production the following month.
Trulia
As the public relations intern at Trulia, I conceptualized and pitched a data-driven story on the phenomenon of Neighborhood Regret, securing coverage on Bloomberg Radio as well as in Builder, Boston Agent, and Mortgage Professional America magazines, among others. In doing so, I collaborated with the content-marketing team on a corresponding Neighborhood Regret blog post in order to maximize cross-platform engagement for the piece. Below are both the blog post and the deck I created to present the results of my project at the end of the summer.

Medill Global: Beijing
In April 2017 I participated in the selective Medill Global: Beijing program, an immersive international journalism program in which I traveled to Beijing, China with a group of journalism students in order to conduct original reporting. The piece I eventually wrote in conjunction with the program, about the struggles of Chinese international students at American schools, can be read below.
